WNE will be happy to work with you in creating yor video for the following projects:

We begin with a free 30 minute consultation do discuss your needs. If you decide to use WNE, there will be a non-refundable deposit required to secure the date and time of filming (amount determined by the scope of the project and ranges from $50 to $500). This deposit will be credited as part of the final price for services, which will be due upon delivery of your video.

Our filming service is $50 per hour per person needed to work your event. Small studio productions can be as few as one person while large studio productions can be as many as 10 crew members. Field productions are no less than three people for small projects and can include up to 20 crew members.

On the day of the project, the times you will be charged for begin one hour before the scheduled meeting time to allow for transportation and set up of equipment and will end one hour after the end of the project (for break down). For details on editing, please see below.

Video editing

• If WNE provides the filming service for your project, the editing is included in the final cost of the project.

• Although we cannot guarantee the quality of the finished product, WNE would be happy to help in editing your previously recorded footage. We will do our best by using the latest in video and photo editing software to clean up what is given to us.

• Our video editing service is $50 per hour. Typically, one minute of video takes approximately one hour to edit. This includes a temporary video file to allow you to approve or make change requests to the formatting, and final DVD authoring. As part of your final package, WNE will provide five (5) DVDs of your choice (LightScribe  DVD labeling or printed label) and cases with inserts. Additional DVD’s and cases are $10 each.

• At the end of your project, WNE will deliver the preliminary temporary video file within two weeks for your approval. After we receive your approval, WNE will deliver your project within the following two weeks. (Please allow additional time if changes are required.)
